The Gymba standing board: time to stand
The Gymba Standing Board is made of composite material. The underside of the board is covered with needle felt – so the standing board cannot slip. The board adapts to the body weight: it therefore ensures an even load on the joints, activation of all muscles and a healthy stand. The lateral treads give way to the walking movement and move with it – a natural rolling of the feet is possible. The Gymba standing board can also be turned over for a firm stand, with the felt side facing up. Simply place the 2 massage balls on the board for a pleasant and effective foot massage, which relieves the feet. The balls are suitable for training with and without shoes, but exercising without shoes provides a better massage effect.
